Field Service Support• Manage and direct product service activities to improve customer satisfaction and sales.• Supervise and guide service technicians activities to ensure company goals are met.• Facilitate and direct customer issue resolution.Product Performance Analysis• Gather and document factual information on product issues from the service desk, warranty analysis, manufacturing, and quality issue reports.• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Fabrication, and Production team members to resolve product performance issues.Technical Training and Service Documentation• Work with service team to develop training materials and service bulletins.• Present training materials at company sponsored service events.Warranty Administration• Administer documented warranty policies and statements.• Assure warranty claims are processed in a timely manner.Other• Assist sales department with the organization and presentation at yearly sales meetings.• Supervise Inside Sales staff.
