I joined the Dallas office in 2007, serving as the Staffing Coordinator. Prior to working with Credit Alternatives, I began my career serving as a Human Resources Intern in the medical industry. As an intern, I gained recruitment experience as I assisted a Hillcrest Hospital with their staffing needs. I graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Human Resources Management. Since joining Credit Alternatives, my primary focus is filling the needs of our clients’ temp-to-hire and contract needs. I specialize in assisting customers with the staffing of credit, collection and customer service positions in high volume call centers. I am also responsible for mentoring candidates and maintaining employee relationships. My in-depth involvement with candidates has allowed me to build a strong candidate base through referrals which are always welcome!
