Director Of Research And Evaluation
Current• Leads and manages work across Rural Center of Excellence in Recovery (RCOE-R) research and evaluation activities• Assigns work and provides leadership and support to RCOE-R personnel, and affiliated partners • Works to ensure the coordination and management of technical activities to develop, implement, and/or enhance substance use disorder (SUD) recovery related interventions and inform policies• Develops organizational mechanisms for efficiency and productivity to support project completion• Works with RCOE-R personnel to define RCOE-R requirements and create timelines• Develops and implements RCOE-R evaluation, including process and outcome measures• Designs research agenda in collaboration with leadership • Leads collaborative efforts with multiple stakeholders and partners to build evaluation capacities among recovery providers• Develops reports, summarizing findings with recommendations for improvement• Prepares external funder and stakeholder reports on activities• Performs literature reviews and develops research briefs and manuscripts • Develops policy briefs where gaps in guidance for evidence-informed issues are needed• Identifies funding opportunities and develops grant proposals with internal research team and external research partners
