I am a second-generation owner-director of a family owned business that has been around for 3 decades. My current role involves the day to day running of the operations within the PTIS Group of Companies. Under my stewardship, I have successfully led and implemented a strategic overhaul of the company's rebranding efforts to better reflect our value proposition in a bid to reach our target customers in a more effective and efficient manner. I have also rationalized various dated processes and spearheaded a major digitization exercise to boost efficiencies. Employee development programmes alongside vastly revamped incentive structures were put in place to reflect the company's commitment towards developing human capital. Presently, I am focused on the strategic planning of a diversification strategy downstream into the retail market for my products and service. My passion for business started at a young age where growing up, I always marveled at how some businesses flourished while others did not. That led me to have an ultra inquisitive nature towards trying to dissect and analyze different business models. I constantly love exploring new business models, digging deep into how existing successful models work, studying future trends and trying to apply these to my own businesses. I firmly believe that learning never ends. One of my strengths include seeing the best in people and allowing them to take charge. My ultimate goal is to build an organization where I can help my team see past their perceived limits and perform at the best that they can for the company, and for themselves.
