I am a Solicitor and CILEX LawyerI act on behalf of national and regional developers, specialising in site set up and infrastructure work. I now deal primarily with the setting up of sites and co-ordination of infrastructure agreements. This involves going to Site Set Up meetings with clients and being the first point of call for the client. I also deal with other technical matters, including resolving title queries and advising other members of the team in how to deal with replies to enquiries. I am involved in training members of the team and I am part of the Plot Management TeamI deal with Voluntary Lease Extensions acting on behalf of Landlords and I also provide support to the team dealing with Statutory Lease Extensions. I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2019 after qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2008.I work within the Site Set Up and Infrastructure Team and work with a number of clients dealing site set ups for new developments. I also form part of the plot management team and share line management responsibility for a number of the team. I provide technical support to the conveyancers working within the Plot Sales Team. I also act for Landlords in lease extensions dealing with both voluntary and statutory lease extensions (with colleagues from our Disputes team). I deal with sales of freehold reversions, the property aspects of enfranchisement and general residential property matters as and when the need arises.

I dealt with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity mainly for people who were being relocated by their employer. I also continued to act for previous clients and recommendations.The role included some business development as it was important to build up good working relationships with the Relocation Company who were managing the moves on behalf of the employer. It was the Consultants for the Relocation Company who recommended my service and therefore it was important to have a good working relationship with the Consultant and to ensure that excellent customer service was provided at all times.
