As Business Development Director at TES, I support clients and partners to plan their Enterprise computing requirements, mostly through IBM technologies. Our customers are from all industries including; established businesses, challenger banks, non-profit, start-ups, and the arts sector. Large and small-scale clients come to us with a variety of objectives, whether that is increasing performance, reducing costs, meeting compliance and regulatory needs, or modernising legacy technology environments. As a team, we’re driven to deliver innovative solutions to create a scalable, reliable, secure & cost-effective technology environment. Sustainability and efficiency are at the heart of what we do. Plastic Bank is a great example of this, as they drive to eliminate plastic waste and reduce poverty through their ground-breaking work - deployed on IBM mainframe technology, using Blockchain in conjunction with our client/partner, Cognition Foundry. My role at TES is to lead a 'best in class' Business Development team that delivers complete solutions to address our existing and future client’s specific requirements. With the team’s combined 200+ years of experience working for and with IBM clients, my goal is to develop the next generation of 'best in class' apprentices and sales managers.
