CurrentLightstream is a 20 – year old technology integration company focused on helping customers with all aspects of their digital transformation.As a Director of Cloud, Security and Connectivity Sales, my responsibility is for the acquisition of new customers and for maintaining and growing an existing base of customers.Over my 12 – years with Lightstream, I have helped the nation’s largest 9-1-1 provider find diverse connectivity options to the 9-1-1 call centers (PSAPs) around the country to ensure the highest levels of up time and network resiliency.In addition to connectivity solutions, I have over 10 – years of experience helping enterprises migrate to the public cloud (AWS and/or Azure) and identifying the applications and workloads that are prime candidates to move into the cloud and those that should remain within their 4 walls. I also work with my customers to ensure they have the appropriate guardrails and financial governance (FinOps) in place to keep their cloud environment secure and built to best practices. The cloud has brought tremendous value to enterprises but without financial governance and a FinOps solution, the cost of the cloud can become prohibitive. I work with a team that helps to identify the cloud resources that are candidates for Reserved Instances (RIs) and Savings Plans to allow our customers to take advantage of the cloud at the lowest cost possible.Security is paramount for any digital transformation and part of my responsibility is making sure my customers have the appropriate end point, edge and cloud security features in place. I work with the best in bread hardware and software security providers to provide solutions to protect all aspects of our customer’s security posture.
