I have over a decade of customer service experience mostly in call center environments. My work style can be described as efficient and precise. Currently I am seeking an entry-level position in cybersecurity. I studied network systems administration and have a degree from Broward College. My current position is a mixture of cybersecurity understanding, customer service, but mostly sales. I am a top performer and competitive with my numbers. I'd like to consider myself a hacker in training as I am also currently studying for the CompTIA security plus certification.
