Norwood Overview: • Supporting vulnerable children and their families facing challenges and anyone with a learning disability and autism.• Norwood supports more than 2,500 people each year, giving them the tools that they need to live the most fulfilling lives they can.• Norwood works with 56 local authorities, delivering wide-ranging services including residential and supported living accommodation and short-breaks facilities, as well as a range of support groups aimed at the whole family, not just the individual.Within the Group, I was strategic lead for: • Financial reporting, performance reporting, and internal controls. • Legal, contracting, payroll, and procurement.• ICT, and infrastructure service delivery.• Asset (Property) and Facilities Management

Honeycomb Group Overview: • Manages 3,500+ rental and shared ownership properties, including six extra care and sheltered accommodation schemes. .• Houses a registered charity subsidiary which provides support services for domestic violence victims, young people, and those facing homelessness, alongside educational programmes in schools. • Operates a commercial subsidiary focusing on market rent properties, green energy (Solar PV and biomass), and car parking management. Within the Group, I was strategic lead for: • Financial reporting, performance reporting, and internal controls. • Treasury management and sourcing of debt and equity finance. • Governance, Assurance, Risk framework, and Internal Audit programme. • Legal, contracting, payroll, and procurement. • ICT, and infrastructure service delivery.• Business Intelligence and Data insights. • Group Pension scheme, and Insurance programme management. Commercial Strategy: • Delivery of the residential property construction programme. • Expanding income streams through commercial opportunities and organisational growth.• Owning all aspects of business development, including bids and tendering for statutory and charitable trust funding.• Managing all property acquisitions and divestments. Company Secretary Role: • Appointed as Company Secretary, ensuring top-tier corporate governance within a regulated environment.

FCC Environment Overview: • FCC Environment (FCC) is a leading UK waste and resource management company committed to minimising landfill waste by converting it into valuable resources. My Role at FCC: • Responsible for financing, setting up and managing special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for large-scale infrastructure projects under the UK government's private finance initiative. • As the General Manager, I oversaw day-to-day operations of facilities on behalf of the parent company and shareholders. Key Achievements: • Transformed outsourced waste management services for Wrexham County Borough Council. • Arranged £43m in financing (debt and equity), oversaw construction, and managed newly developed facilities, including recycling centres, treatment facilities, material recovery, and a school education centre.

Business Process implementation and ERP (SAP) integration lead for Supply Chain Finance processes worldwide.Appointed to the Board of the Shell European Export Centre, Brussels, Belgium.

Dual role, Responsibility for the Financial management of Shells' Lubricants manufacturing & distribution activities in the UK and for Lead Finance support to the North West European Management team. Appointed to the Board of the Shell European Export Centre, Brussels, Belgium.

Member of the Senior Management team, Responsible for the financial management and control of all UK Manufacturing and Supply Chain activities within the Lubricants division of Shell UK Oil Products Limited.
