I recruited, managed and developed a team of 5 support technicians providing all aspects of 1st,2nd and 3rd line user and LAN/server infrastructure support. We supported 500 users across 23 sites in the UK, India and France looking after:-As part of the global IT team, we also had to provide infrastructure support for over 200 sites across the Europe.

Responsibilities included:Designing and implemented a Wide Area Network capable of servicing 12 sites across the Northwest using a variety of connectivity measures ensuring that information was available at all times. I also solely had to maintain and repair all of the IT equipment at these sites.I was engaged in the development of the Sage Line 100 Unix.
