We have implemented change, with new software for field service engineers, better processing of both marketing/sales data and a organised and much improved and streamlined processes from enquiry, design, estimation, sales, install, service and maintenance.This will enable larger growth and through put, once further employment and up skilling staff is delivered, alongside a clear marketing plan.

Having worked for the company for 6 years, I was offered a great opportunity to buy into a SME family run air conditioning business. I naturally grew in to this role, always striving for better and further information for the company to be successful. I have created more clients through progressive business development, adding more skill sets, offering more services, ensuring we maintain and grow maintenance contracts, which lead on to further installations. We are constantly investing time, resources and finances into advancing technologies, as our industry is always rapidly changing.

This was a transition role after ending my time within the royal marines, whilst looking for a role within the air conditioning and ventilation industry. Whilst in this role I gained valuable experience and a huge appreciation of hard work in ground works, drain laying, concreting, hard and soft landscaping, demolition and general site experience.

Shortly after leaving school, I had already dedicated, focused and trained to the join HM Forces, going through an extensive and arduous 30 weeks of training, finally gained the coveted green beret, going on to serve in Kosovo and Afganistan. During my final 3 years I retrained to gain a trade as a metal smith, this was a NVQ level 2 in engineering competency involved all forms of welding, sheet metal work and blacksmithing. I believe it has stood me with some great values, a real passion to learn, work hard and achieve goals I set.
