• I act as the company's IT Infrastructure responsible, carrying out management activities for the company's Azure Cloud Infrastructure, network and end user experience. I am also responsible for the development of internal technologies in the company, seeking to bring innovation, automation, improvement in user processes and activities, as well as making improvements and implementations in the company's cybersecurity issues.• I performed several activities such as implementing Cross Tennant Synchronization between the companies legal entities, implemented Intune and policies for all company devices, developing and applying security policies in both Firewall (Sophos) and MS Security Endpoint on Azure (MS Defender, BitLocker, etc...), creation of a VPN (site to site) structure between the internal network and a virtual network in Azure, implementation of MFA for Azure accounts, management of licenses and access to Azure services for users , development of internal compliance policies aimed at business growth by including the company in the processes of acquiring certifications required by customers and suppliers.• I work closely with the company's management and partners to improve information security processes and implement tools such as Landesk, Vicarius vRx, Crowdstrike, Akamai ZTNA and MFA as well as implementing policies and procedures in conjunction with the legal area in order to prepare the company for the LGPD and customer and supplier audit processes• Activities were also carried out to implement DNS/DHCP services, apply policies to restrict the use of company resources and manage access to the company's internal network using Sophos Firewall and Azure Cloud resources.• I was later responsible for the management and implementation of all of their Endpoint Security Products and Services. I also amd currently working on developing a series of MSP products for Lansweeper, Vicarius vRx and Crowdstrike.

• Management of all the IT contracts aiming cost reduction. The results were cost savings at approximately 80%.• Coordination of an integration project (address change of two Pall Corp sites). I coordinated and executed the project from the beginning to the end delivering a complete and totally operational infrastructure on time and within the budget.• Implementation of a fiscal system to allow the business to deliver the ECF obligations to the government and updates of the NFE E-Comply (invoicing system). Meetings with the Suppliers of the products to adequate the company infrastructure for their products and activities, technical evaluation of the environment for improvements and to help on decisions to be made, discussions of the projects costs and business needs, follow up of the project and main contact reference for all teams involved, creation and presentation of reports for the business about the progress of the project. I also was responsible for the Host Servers setup and Oracle DB Management/Preparation, vital activities for the success of the project delivery. Both projects delivered on time, within initial budget and assuring the optimization and business continuity.• Implementation of the new Comex system of the company. All activities were related to the optimization/adjustments of the infrastructure for the system (DB, QA and Production Servers) and SQL Databases.• After Pall Corp acquired FSI Filters I coordinated a project for the fusion of the infrastructures of both companies. I was responsible to build a full network infrastructure to integrate FSI in Pall network. The FSI Site was fully reformed to receive a complete network infrastructure including a dedicated internet link, NGFW, router, switches, structured cabling, no-break, server and backup solution implementations.• I was responsible to implement a virtualization solution based on Dell VRTX Blade Server.

• I was responsible to support users and their workstations and gadgets. Effective participation in some Infrastructure projects and asset control.• Participation on a project to map the Backbones and Datacenter by creating a very detailed Bayface of the environment to help the business on implementations, upgrades and any other post activities. • Participation on a project to tune up of the Symantec Altiris system. The objective was to improve the assets and software/licenses control processes for all client and host machines based in the best practices (ITIL).• Support on the physical and logical integration of the Comgás company after the acquisition from Raízen.• Responsible for technical advice for the purchase of the new computers of the company. I received some test machines from the main companies (Dell, HP, Lenovo), evaluated them based on the company specifications and created reports for the IT heads suggesting the best solution considering features, performance and cost.• Focal point in some minor Rollout projects and Infrastructure improvements.

• Tech Lead of a 13 people team hosted in São Paulo Site and 20 more professionals at the other company sites in Brazil. I was responsible for the support, interaction, projects and all the other responsibilities inherent to the activities.• I was responsible for the recruitment and training of the team over the technical aspect. I had the opportunity to work and collaborate with several different areas of the company (systems development, assets, third party, etc…) and by that developing solid processes and procedures knowledge. • Technical coordination of an OS rollout for 1200 users from Windows XP to Windows 7 in São Paulo and follow up the full replacement for all the other sites. My activities were to coordinate a team to deliver a full notebook replacement with the Windows 7 assuring that the users would receive a fully operational equipment, with their data intact with minimal business impact under an estimated project time of 4 months. The progress of the project was shared to the business on daily meetings detailing the activities user by user to guarantee an effectiveness of 100%.• Crucial participation of the “collocation project”. I was responsible to prepare, support, execute and follow up the movement of the whole Datacenter (25 server racks) of the company to two cages rent in TIVIT Class 5 Datacenter.• I was the only responsible for the continuous project activity named “Hands & Eyes” that consisted in give physical support for teams in another countries (mainly USA and India) related to infrastructure issues and implementations that were necessary at any time. This was a continuous project (I had to be available at 24x7) that demanded a lot of commitment from my end because this activity eventually overlapped with the other main projects and there were no professionals designated for it.
