Joining Wattle + Daub in 2022 Robert brings a wealth of experience in conservation, retrofit and the adaptation of existing buildings.Following a decade of working on multi-million-pound projects for large architectural practices in London and Manchester, Robert has returned to his roots of high-end residential and retrofit projects.Robert has extensive experience in heritage and conservation, having worked on some of the UK’s most important historic listed buildings during his time at Purcell and BDP. His diverse portfolio includes projects undertaken at the Manchester Town Hall, Manchester Museum and the National Army Museum.Before working for larger practices in London, Robert worked at Thomas Croft Architects. A design-led studio concentrating on complex one-off residential and commercial projects, often involving renovations of historic old buildings or the design of new buildings in a historical context
