• Operate a Johnson Controls Metasys and Siemens Building Management System. The Comprehensive BMS provides visual feedback to essential instrumentation to regulate and manage ALL building systems, such as flow of all chilled water, HP and LP steam, high pressure steam and differential pressure alarms, low and high level alarms, pressure alarms, and room temperature alarms.• Manage midnight shift as operator in charge of three 300 ton centrifugal chillers, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration• Record readings during routine checks • Maintain operation of isolation negative pressure rooms and systems• Perform high pressure steam shutdowns and re-pressurizing system• Bi-weekly conduct generator tests (under load)• Triennially cleaning of condenser coils • Pneumatics repairs, cooling, tower repair, cleaning, and preventative maintenance• Ice machine repair and preventative maintenance • Emergency eye wash inspections and maintenance• AHU filter replacement and maintenance• All steam repairs (traps, heat exchangers, valves, coils, etc)• Winter maintenance and snow removal
