I have a track record of success in retaining and growing accounts that I have managed. As a Project Manager, I have experience leading digital, creative, and operations teams in an agency environment. I prefer to manage developers using an Agile workflow, planning development sprints and following a Kanban board to bring stories through development into testing and deployment. As a Marketer, I am oriented toward the big picture of a business's strategic objectives and the potential that exists in the marketplace. Strategy to me not just involves coming up with creative ways to reach your target audience with an engaging value proposition and call to action, but setting real goals using hard data, market research, and incremental growth projections. I have experience developing marketing strategy and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, aligning each touch point to reinforce the messaging and calls to action. I have utilized analytics reports and A/B Testing to optimize landing pages and digital ads. I have also developed strategy for Social Media covering owned, earned and paid channels. Outside of work, I love hiking with my dog, spending time with friends and family, checking out great new restaurants, and drinking lots of coffee!
