  With a background in the Arts and Retail, I have in recent years transferred my skillset to the Mental Health sector and Employment/HR Practices.I manage a caseload of up to 30 NHS Talking Therapies clients from a variety of backgrounds, living situations, and age-groups, and help them find, remain, or return to employment. I also support clients to achieve their goals using SMART goals, coaching, guidance, social prescribing, and a knowledge of CV, interview skills, and job searching.In addition, I am a Wellbeing Champion where I support my colleagues at work as a point of contact to share feedback, thoughts, and feelings. I also help plan wellbeing-related activities for our team (e.g. photo competitions/showcases)• Utilise Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and active listening to support and monitor recovery alongside clinicians.• Actively teach clients how to use Wellness Action Plans as a tool for self-reflection, planning, and workplace communication.• Improved practices in our team for efficiency, good practice, and new-starter integration. Achieved through writing initial assessment templates, introducing a coaching tool (Ideas Grid) and enhancing it to include further reflective prompts such as realistic goal setting to skills reflection.• Developed my ability to help people focus their time and energy by integrating the coaching tool ‘Sphere of Influence & Control’ into my client sessions.• Actively teach clients how to use Wellness Action Plans as a tool for self-reflection, planning, and workplace communication.• Attend client workplace meetings with an understanding of HR practices and employment law basics.
