As a Design Program Director for IBM Security, I lead a team of 60 UX designers and researchers to deliver user-centric solutions for complex enterprise security challenges. I have 10 years of experience in UX design, design strategy, and design leadership. Over the years, I have developed empowered teams who deliver impactful results and used software tools to support healthy ways of working.My mission is to create impactful and meaningful experiences for customers and stakeholders, using design thinking and agile methodologies to align business goals and user needs. I have deep expertise in enterprise software UX design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholder expectations. I hold a Master of Design in Communication Planning & Information Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Environmental Design (Architecture) from Texas A&M University.
