Co- development of the PICS Strategic Plan.Brand and reputation building: Led the PICS rebrand and launch, including new logo, brand/voice guides, website redesign and content, email campaigns, newsletter and publications.Stakeholder engagement: Strengthen partnerships between researchers and decision-makers in multi-tiered government, industry, First Nations and communities. Media relations: Lead all media relations, building a journalist contact network. Social media: Manage the institute’s social media platforms.Writing/editorial: Research, edit and write complex climate scientific reports, media releases, newsletters, op eds, speeches, policy briefings, and annual reports.Team management: Manage internal support staff and hire/manage external contractors in areas of graphic design, photography, science writing, web development, and social media.Media training: for PICS management and researchers.Risk/crisis management: Imbed proactive risk management into all strategic outreach planning.
