District Business Operation Manager:Pursue efficiency and consistency in day to day operational processes across all departments while identifying waste within the system, evaluating fluid environmental factors, and, implementing solutions in an effort to increase customer and employee satisfaction.Additional Responsibilities Include:• Introduce new processes to our operations • Receive and roll out new operating systems and related tools while capturing and providing meaningful feedback to developers• Support the deployment and improvement of Global Business Operations strategy and efforts• Collaborate with other district, regional, and global resources to build consistency in all processes• Contribute to a global operational standard to create and protect the pursuit of a Best in Class operation • Coordinate with local management to identify opportunities to improve quality, service, trade compliance, and profitability• Produce expected results locally in line with corporate expectations• Identify and prioritize problem areas within business operations through communication with operational staff • Lead and ensure progress on corrective and preventative actions • Work alongside regional development teams to deliver reporting and automation to the field and champion projects through quantitative analysis using qualitative data collected in observation, process mapping, timing studies, and other process analysis methods

Service Provider Management Actively manages service provider and operational KPIs and provides expertise and guidance to integrate program KPIs into the district daily workflow. Consistently striving to improve performance. Committed to adopting and implementing best practices to drive results. Always consider challenges as opportunities for improvement. Additional Responsibilities Include Managing and Maintaining Vendor Agreements:• Service Provider Agreements• Statements of Work• Security and Safety Notices• Annual Renewal of Insurance Certification [Auto/Truck, Cargo, General Liability]• Annual Renewal of Compliance Certification Agreements• Ensuring completion of Risk Reviews to evaluate service provider operational environment conditions• Analyzing and Presenting Quarterly Business Reviews based on data collection and reporting• ACH Processing through accounting for AP and developing technological alternatives including FTP driven paperless billing practices

Provide feasibility and market analysis for product expansion into global marketsExperience with small business development and patent processing
