Maintain accurate cash controls and security procedures with company and loss prevention standards. Manage P&L and set financial gals for centers. Audit centers on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Review operating results of centers to identify areas of opportunity for increased profits and/or decreased expenses. Responsible for the direction of 14 centers and oversee the expansion of new centers. Train, coach and develop managers, managing performance and expenses.
