If I could summarize in one sentence what I currently do is leading people through passion for purpose based on a relationship of respect, ethics and love for others.Leading an operations structure with more than 80 people, accelerating the development of people with various technologies involving areas of Digital Experience Platform (DXP), Mobile and Analytics serving US clients in various industries such as Education, Finance, Health Care and Non profit initiatives. I worked as a project manager for large logos as VALE, Xerox, American Airlines, Bimbo Bakery and Nissan. Modernization, Business Intelligence, SAP One VALE Project, SAP BW and BO upgrade, Cognos, Informatica, decommissioning and data center migration with global team involving Canada, Peru, India, Malaysia and Argentina were the main projects where I led successfully during the past years, based on skills and PMBOK best practices. Some projects with budget above $ 500M.I highlight the VALE account where I worked for more than 6 years in SAP BW Landscapes and BO Infrastructure initiatives, gaining the trust and loyalty of the customer leading portfolio of Business Intelligence projects, using the skills of integration, leadership and strong capacity of staff engagement.

Global - Vale

Along with multi-vendor team BI Activation Center at VALE, I received the mission to engage global users in various business areas (HR, Health & Safety, Mining, Finance and Economic Management) in the use of BI tools as their main indicators. We conducted on the job and virtual training using the technical expertise of the features of IBM Cognos portal, the ability to post sales presentation to senior leadership, engagement and leadership of national and international teams, reaching the goal in global use of tools delivered by project teams.I identified new opportunities of solution for customer and developed a proof of concept (POC) to improve the resource allocation process (Storage, Hardware, Network) generating savings in contracts with suppliers. Through this solution, I was certified as TOP GUN by HP as part of company's selected team.

I led the team of Distribution Systems with the responsibility of managing IT contracts , auditing the distribution systems Sabre , Amadeus , Galileo and Wordspan . Through initiatives with travel agents , alliances with global companies IATA group ( England , United States, Spain , Argentina and Brazil ), we reeducated travel agencies in order to reduce costs. Implemented cost reduction initiative in contracts , eliminating wait listed bookings generating savings of 30 % in the monthly amount of the invoices , approximately $ 800 M per year. This initiative certified me in GE's methodology as Green Belt in Six Sigma.
