Current• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and source top-tier candidates. • Lead the full life cycle hiring process for both internal and external roles. • Review resumes, identify qualified candidates, and engage passive and active candidates to assess interest and fit. • Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and job fit. • Manage multiple requisitions across a range of positions, utilizing creative sourcing techniques such as referral generation, networking, and direct outreach. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through participation in marketing events, user groups, and industry-specific networks. • Develop job descriptions and postings, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. • Maintain up-to-date applicant information and tracking through the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Lead diversity initiatives aimed at attracting and developing a diverse talent pool, including people with disabilities, Black professionals, women, and LGBTQ+ individuals. • Foster strong communication and trust with internal and external stakeholders, acting with integrity and professionalism.
