Initially tasked with establishing the Tax & Legal recruitment sectors, I quickly expanded my role to initiate the Financial Markets and Insurance Divisions by 2002. My ambition led to the founding of the Campinas office in 2006, where I dedicated three years to its growth before returning to São Paulo in 2008.As a Member of the Brazilian Board, I assumed leadership over several key divisions: Human Resources, Legal, Engineering & Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Procurement, Property & Construction, and the Latin-American Desk, in addition to maintaining my role at the Campinas office.
