I have a strong background in global operations and creative management, with over a decade of experience driving successful campaigns and managing teams across various fields, including project management, business development, creative operations, digital marketing, and content production. I am proud to have led complex global projects for renowned brands and collaborated with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results.Currently, I'm the Global Operations Manager at Sage in London. Since November 2023, I've been leading full-funnel performance campaigns for new software launches (SaaS) and rebranding efforts in Europe and North America. My focus is on optimising campaign production frameworks and processes, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners to ensure top-notch execution. I've also managed significant budgets, including a £20 million investment plan for TV and digital channels.Before Sage, I served as Creative Operations Manager at Sky Creative, overseeing multi-channel campaign production for TV, Cinema, and Sports. I also led business development for UA videos and CGI cinematic trailers at Creadits Pte. Ltd., working with clients like Warner Bros, Scopely, Supercell and Rovio. At Gravity Global, I managed award-winning ABM digital campaigns as a Senior Account Manager.I hold a BA in English Language and Literature from the Federal University of Santa Catarina in Brazil, and I've completed several specialised courses, including Google Project Management certification, The Business of Creativity by Sir John Hegarty, and the Software Narrative Summit at GDC Austin.Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new technologies, reading about trends, and travelling to experience different cultures.
