Emilio José Rodríguez is President and Co-Founder of the the Rodríguez | Marrero Law Firm.  Emilio has spent his career advocating on behalf of individuals who have been wronged by powerful interests, including, but not limited to, policyholders who were wrongfully denied or underpaid by their insurance companies; personal injury victims; blue collar workers; tenants; and immigrants and refugees seeking a better life and the American dream in the U.S. Emilio is a native Miamian of Honduran and Cuban decent, and a proud graduate of Miami-Douglas MacArthur South Senior High School and Miami-Dade College. Emilio also received full tuition, merit-based scholarships to attend Columbia University and Berkeley Law, where he graduated with honors and served as co-president of the student body. He currently lives in the Sunset neighborhood in Miami with his wife and two children.
