With 30+ years of being an OEM/Tier 1 supplier to the truck industry, I am preparing for my next phase in my business career, I will be looking for the right opportunity where I can utilize my years of experience but more importantly apply the knowledge gained in building trust-based relationships with my customers for a company that prioritizes a culture of integrity while putting the employees first, followed by customers and then shareholders. The focus will be on taking the time to understand the customer’s needs and then putting them in the position to succeed while meeting company expectations as it relates to corporate goals.
