I provided case management to students through multiple stages of Higher Education. This includes recruitment, exploring careers and colleges, assisting with the enrollment process and providing individualized wrap around services while the students are enrolled. I administered multiple grants, taught career exploration in class for one of the grants, developed Higher Education partners and proctored the Accuplacer Diagnostic test.I was on the Policies and Procedures committee and continually exceeded my annual standards, facilitated team meetings while keeping confidential files up to date following company and government procedures and standards. I provided coverage for Management when they were on leave, managing 3-5 colleagues, overseeing the projects, assisted with the hiring process and reporting directly to the Director. Other role was as an Employment Support Consultant.
