• Teamed with the ICS Security Team to develop a beta version of the cybersecurity application, Who Speaks, to identify and reduce malicious network attacks and behavior in Operational Technology (OT) networking systems. The application is recently nominated as one of the recipients of the 2023 R&D 100 Awards.• Researched the applications and trends of Digital Twins in ICS Security in the OT Environment.

• Teamed with the ICS Security Team to develop a beta version of the cybersecurity application, Who Speaks, to identify and reduce malicious network attacks and behavior in Operational Technology (OT) networking systems.• Researched networking and cybersecurity and analyzed internet protocols and traffic by simulating networking environments; captured and inspected over thousands of raw networking packets to investigate the characteristics of cyber-attacks from the internet.• Presented strategies to discern over 10 malicious networking protocols in OT systems, assisting with product development.• Assisted with subjects related to OT Cybersecurity Testing Framework and Industrial Cyber Threat Detector (ICTD) by combining our research and putting our strategies into practice.• Presented investigation results for various internet protocols and strategies to discern malicious code in the final project presentation, and received 3rd place among all participating teams.

• As ESAs, we are dedicated to increasing awareness of the School of Engineering in HKUST, targeting stakeholders of primarily prospective students, professors, and the general public.• Attended probationary workshops such as Leadership skills, presentation skills, interview skills, etc.• Works include helping engineering staff with document translations, participating in university external promotion activities, helping with the training of the probationary ESA, online interviews with external parties, etc.
