Selected to manage seismic retrofit of approximately 40,000 square foot of the historic Folsom State Prison. Completed work on time and under budget. Selected to manage a two structure 6-story (Class A) project with approximately 1 million square foot office and retail space in downtown Sacramento. Supervised 5 major building contractors and associated subcontractors including excavation, underground utility, structural concrete, structural steel and architectural finish contractors. Project footprint covered 2 city blocks adjacent to major Interstate freeway exit corridor. Managed construction of a medical research and testing facility. Build out of facility occurred inside the confines of a 200,000 square foot building that was a designated historical landmark. Designated as Project Safety Manager at two sites in the California Central Valley to ensure approximately 40 subcontractors complied with the owners contractual safety requirements.
