Fire safety, fire exits, elopement response, severe weather, power outage and electrical outagesReview work order systems and delegate tasks if necessary.Prepare 3-5 year capital projects while responding to immediate capital expenditures for review.Budget management using spend down sheets and budgetary planning for maintenance and evs.Hiring and disciplinary actions for maintenance evs and custodians.Respond to emergency calls and alarm incidents.

● Routine rounds of entire building to insure proper working order of all building systems● Scheduling and participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systemsHVAC, plumbing, electrical.● Schedule and coordinate renovations of common areas and living quarters with in budget restrictions.● Coordinate with vendors and contractor for larger work ( fire systems, carpet and hvac)● Ordering supplies for housekeeping, maintenance and help research cost effective supplies for nursing and administration departments.● Oversee operating budgets for the following, plant operations, housekeeping, security and maintenance.● Responsible for training for all associates in fire drills, safety and elopement drills.● Interact with residents and residents family to provide an excellent experience and address any concerns or questions.● Prepare and keep records for yearly IDPH visits in regards to maintenance upkeep and regulatory conditions for Assisted Living, Independent living and Memory Care.
