I earned multiple merit-based promotions at Farmers Alloy Fabricating, culminating with accountability for growing and serving the company’s largest customer account, GE Power & Water / GE Oil & Gas. I orchestrated all aspects of project planning and execution, shipping, and invoicing for a variety of orders while concurrently mitigating risks through assessments and safe-start card evaluation, driving process improvements, and responding to RFIs/RFQs/FPQs. I motivated and guided a team of more than 100 employees across five crafts, championing a customer-focused culture with a strong component of personal accountability. I fortified relationships with vendors to capture cost savings and enhanced SOPs to deliver improvements across safety, efficiency, quality, and conformity. As a business liaison with the ability to interpret drawings, address fabrication challenges, and communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels, I served as a trusted advisor and project manager who continuously provided high-quality results within rigorous timelines.

I fostered relationships with Project and Asset Engineers to facilitate process improvements and elevate customer satisfaction.
