With over 30 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry, I have held various leadership and sales positions across the globe, including China, Malaysia, Singapore, Germany, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates. My extensive international experience has shaped my approach to leadership and sales, allowing me to understand and navigate diverse cultural and business environments effectively.One of my most challenging yet rewarding experiences was taking over a loss-making, demotivated organization in Western Canada. The company lacked focus, vision, and ambition, and turning it around seemed daunting. At that time, I participated in a Hansen Beck Leadership Training, which was a turning point in my career. This training helped me realize how my own behaviour could positively impact others and motivate them to grow. Armed with new insights and strategies, I set out to build a strong, cohesive team. We focused on creating a positive team spirit and culture, which not only boosted morale but also significantly improved performance. Within two years, we turned the company's performance around, achieving exceptional results. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of effective leadership and the importance of fostering a supportive and motivating work environment.Today, I leverage my experience and knowledge to train and coach leadership and sales teams in companies. My approach combines behavioral change with practical techniques, ensuring sustainable growth and success.
