- Constructed and developed Online Tool Accounts/Licenses Management System. It’s a web service for administrator to manage clients’ account and license of Tools in MediaTek. It simplifies and automatizes the legacy manual procedure and increases the efficiency in responding license requirement from clients.- Designed and implemented MediaTek Modem Configuration Framework tools in PC-side including an UI editor and data generator. By using these tools, it’s more user-friendly for our customers to edit OTA configuration files for updating to MediaTek modem over-the-air.

- Created and built MediaTek internal technical community (web platform) for sharing and reusing knowledge and helping departments exchange know-hows in global sites. - Implemented C++ modem monitor service in Android. The service provides interface used by applications for monitoring current modem status on mobile device w/o host computer.- Implemented and integrated modem monitor service into GSMA MDMI Specification (Modem Diagnostic Monitoring Interface, designed by Verizon), which provides over 100+ HW KPIs, leading to the first modem standard monitoring interface in MediaTek.- Built document management system for writing, editing, building, reviewing and auto-testing MediaTek modem Interface Control Documents (ICDs). The system makes ICDs easier to compose the content created by different departments collaboratively.
