I am a project, process and people manager at the engineering area with 15 years of experience on the aeronautics industry being 10 years acting as Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer and the last 5 years as Engineering Supervisor at the Calibration, Maintenance and Logistics Laboratory for the Embraer Flight Test team. As a SUPERVISOR (Line Manager), I had the opportunity to meet countless professionals, taking part and contributing directly to the career evolution of engineers, technicians, analysts, operational and trainees. My current journey is continue to impact the careers of people around me. I'm committed to improve my management knowledge and practice, specially focused on people but also on productivity, time management and current challenges of working models in-office/hybrid/remote.As an ENGINEER (and still as a supervisor) I have worked at the Flight Test Instrumentation area with various complex engineering solutions and I had the opportunity to specify, test and operate these systems. • Flight Test Instrumentation data acquisition systems with analog and digital signal conditioning • Networks and digital buses with application in aircraft (ARINC 429, AFDX, MIL-STD 1553, iNet-X, IRIG 106 PCM, Serial Buses, Ethernet) • Natural icing campaign instrumentation (reference sensors and systems for certification) • Data transmission over radiofrequency (aeronautical telemetry) • Licenses and spectrum management nation-wide and internationally (Anatel, CITEL, ITU) • Software development in LabVIEW (automated tests, equipment communication and web services) • Sensors and transducers for the most diverse physical quantities with application in aircraft instrumentation • Calibration of sensors with quality processes aligned with international standards such as ISO/IEC 17025Main ACHIEVEMENTS: • Promotions, contracts and transitions of people around me, counting with my direct contribution as a manager. • Participation on the carve-out process at Embraer, leading the duplication of the Instrumentation Laboratory by structuring teams and physical resources in the two companies resulting from the process.
