101St Aviation Brigade, Fort Campbell, Ky

Led all aviation electronic maintenance leading 65 electricians, electronic, and electro-mechanical technicians. Oversaw repair, services, modification, and upgrade of 60 helicopters. Aircraft systems included communication suites, instruments, survivability equipment, and electrical systems.

Fort Rucker, Al

Developed, advised, and coached Army Warrant Officer Candidates during an intensive five to seven week training program. Conducted small-group training and large classroom instruction on leadership techniques, team-building, and mentoring. Promoted a positive learning environment encouraging candidates to demonstrate confidence while transitioning into challenging leadership positions throughout the Army.
