• Developed solutions for migrating 4 existing systems to a newer platform with 100% accuracy; sidelining issues related to termination of licenses and customer support from vendors• Oversaw solutions for several key credit risk projects ensuring timely delivery with stakeholder appreciation across 4 major international markets : Singapore, Hong Kong, India and Vietnam• Served in Malaysia for 2 months setting up infrastructure in-house for bureau regulatory data reporting, saving upto $400K• Managed and built a solution to scrape and report data from xml files to meet regulatory requirements in Sri Lanka in a project involving 3 teams, all offshore• Delivered several key projects for Hong Kong Loans Systems with 0 issues keeping us at pace with several key competitors, performing ~6 changes a month• Created solutions for vintage csv files merging for several regions, saving upto $40K and optimising memory usage• Executed changes for Hong Kong market as per instructions of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) to provide relief loans upto 80K HKD to qualified individuals at low APRs, helping communities get back to feet after Covid

• Facilitated solutions to implement Machine Learning Solutions on real time origination systems with 100% accuracy providing business benefits by acquiring better customers• Devised framework for regulatory projects related to UK Ring Fencing activities, overseeing process from end-to-end without any issues reported from auditors and regulators across all 4 portfolios : current, savings, loans and cards• Liaised with 4 teams across several geographies seamlessly resolving major challenges related to timezones whilst deploying major changes for retail banking• Served in UK for a month to help with knowledge transition on frameworks for realtime account opening systems, account management guidelines and batch systems solutions• Created solutions to prevent third party vendor saving upto $50K by performing changes on a 3rd party facilitated system• Mentored 2 analysts and held several training classes for process familiarisation

• Executed changes on cards and loans portfolios for retail applicants taking 100% ownership of almost 3-4 changes in a month for several portfolios• Built collaborative platforms on SharePoint to ease sharing of data, knowledge and resources• Implemented 2 batch solutions for high priority projects in account management systems dealing with auto renewals and credit limit increases to reduce stress on dialer teams, reducing upto 60FTE hours per month
