- in charge of entirety of 501(c)(3) nonprofit operations and selecting + training leadership- designed educational curriculums for 114 children aged 8-16 - mentored and supervised the employee training process for 25 counselors

- Promoted to Assistant Director- Budget the entirety of the camp activities for staff, counselors, and campers of 501(c)(3) nonprofit to ensure maximum efficiency in supplies for each activity- Organized and planned the entirety of the camp from counselor selection, scheduling, budgeting, leadership training, managing social media/website, philosophy, religious training, Yoga, dance and daily activities

- Promoted to Staff Coordinator- Worked on a team of 5 to modify and plan camp considering COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions- Transitioned camp activities and counselor training to virtual formats to ensure continuity and engagement- Brought camp back in person in 2021 in the face of difficulties of potential COVID-19 outbreak, concluded camp with 0 covid cases- Served as liaison between counselors and the rest of the staff team to ensure communication and conflict resolution with issues faced during the camp

- Trained for a week in leadership skills, CPR, Philosophy, Hindu Sanskrit, team building- Ensured safety of campers for 2 weeks by supervising them 24/7 in all activities of camp- Maintained proper energy and enthusiasm for campers to enjoy and learn from camp activities- Taught dance classes to campers as well as Hindu Sanskrit sessions

- Founded 3D printing based LLC that prints life saving/enhancing products such as prosthetic hands, arms, and reusable face masks- Trained interns in an internship program to teach kids how to 3D both recreationally and with the purpose of developing life enhancing products. The program included 24 interns ranging from California to New York to India.- Donated over a hundred reusable masks to MaCarthur Airport, Bus Agencies, Police Stations, Grocery Stores, etc.

- Shadowed CEO D.R. Mehta to learn how the nonprofit functioned which included learning how they crowdsourced- Learned how they created prosthetic legs and feet which were designed by Stanford/MIT- Learned that they didn't make hands/arms, which inspired the creation of Good Karma Engineering
