• Handling Social and other audits mandated by Customers successfully and ensuring full scores. ▪ Ensure all AMCs and maintenance/data of Office Equipment/ Solar Panel and other such assets are effectively completed. ▪ Transport Management & Cafeteria . ▪ Contract & Vendor Management. ▪ Monthly / Annual reports . ▪ MIS/DBMS systems . ▪ Responsible for maintenance and use of all Safety Equipment like Fire Fighting Equipment including back end infra for the same like water storage delivery etc • Enforcing mandatory use of PPE at plant level • Handling All Security Dept . • Targets vs Achievement -Zero Loss in Productivity and/or Mandays due to labour issues • Periodic Safety Audits and implementation of Corrective measures in atime bound manner. • Handling all Security, Facilities/Houskeeping matters including appointment and monitoring of contractors • Liaison with statutory authorities and Local bodies for all licensing and compliance matters to ensure 100% compliance – Factory Inspectorate, Labour Officers, PCB, Legal Metrology etc
