- Responsible for Administration, management of services and processes that support the core business of an organization.
- Ensure that an organization has the most Secure & suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.
- Co-ordination with Security, Housekeeping & Technical Vendors for deployment, attendance, billing & related issue solving.
- Responsible for Pantry Services and Cafeteria Services.
- Co-ordinates with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service providers for regular & break down maintenance activities & ensure timely renewal of all AMCs.
- Ensuring the fire safety and safety alarms by organizing fire safety drills and trainings
