I Planned the user stories & tech optimization well in advance and prioritized them.I will ensure during sprint planning in a way that bugs will be very minimal.If any bugs arise, I will push them in the sprint so that they can fixed immediately through the reverse engineering process.I will monitor the entire sprint in scrum calls to check the RAG status for the user stories and the respective impediments, interim & regular deployment, and update the release notes. Project: Qtrace Qtrace is a Wipro Proprietary enterprise application for client acquisition. The application acts as the interface between clients. To convert Lead into Opportunity, Opportunity into Order, and Order booking to Account.I gathered business requirements from the stakeholders, prepared a business requirement document, and created the user stories. I worked closely with the technical leads to ensure the product backlog was well-groomed, estimated, and marked ready for development with appropriate story points.I performed the work break structure of the groomed user stories into multiple tasks, which are already estimated.I provided the signoff to the user stories when the code was in a Dev environment before moving to the QA.I was involved in resolving the bugs raised by the QA.Additionally, I supported working for Work Span tool is a 3rd Party application where the Database is automated between the Qtrace application and organizations acquired or merged in Wipro.Roles and Responsibilities1. Analyzed the data points at the DB level and mapped them to the system level to migrate the entire data.2. It provides both offline and online radio services. The Project was about automating the advertisement process through the Spec Spoc automation process that will maximize the revenue. I have a good understanding of the business model of Iheart Media and its pain points. I analysed the "Iheart media business model" pain points, created the Platform Roadmap that needed to be developed, and prepared the business requirement documents for the EPICs eventually breaking into User stories. I created the proper format with keyword analysis, sorting, and labelling of the customer enquiry emails. I migrated the data points provided by the client and mapped them to the internal data points. Post-labeling, the emails are uploaded to the database using SQL. I performed manual testing of emails routing to different inboxes using Spec Spoc automation in the UAT/PreProd environment.
