Responsibility:• Managing team of specialists to provide support services with Hyperion software to client companies.• Communication with the Hyperion EMEA office in the UK to negotiate the purchase of licenses, troubleshoot technical problems, as well as localize of Hyperion software.Achievements:• Provided support for 10+ client companies and up to 5 simultaneous projects.• Implemented an automated request management system based on IBM Rational ClearQuest.
