I help them find the degree program that fits and guide them through all the steps needed to be admitted, enrolled and set for classes. I am there to help them even after they are admitted and start classes. I get the honor of helping people invest in themselves and promote my former college.

I worked for First Tennessee for a good long time and during that time I worked in many different roles and responsibilities. I worked in the call center providing customer service and learning about banking, accounts and loans. I helped manage a branch for a few years and then moved to correspondent banking. Correspondent banking placed me in a position to help small banks and credit unions buy providing them with resources and services so that they could better provide for their customers. I worked in the call center providing customer service and learning about banking, accounts and loans. I helped manage a branch for a few years and then moved to correspondent banking. Correspondent banking placed me in a position to help small banks and credit unions buy providing them with resources and services so that they could better provide for their customers. It is in my years within this department that I honed my customer services skills to a high level. I learned financial analysis and about commercial lending through on the job experience and attending numerous Tennessee Banker Association classes. I also attended and graduated from the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending and the Advanced School of Commercial Lending. My time in Correspondent Services allowed me to gain a great deal of experience working in a high functioning team that had a reputation of excellent standards of customer service and being capable through proven results. I gained stronger management skills and fine tuned my people skills through developing cross department relationships which served to aid my team in problem solving and research. I learned the value of customer service and cooperation with both internal and external clients during my time with First Tennessee. I feel my experience and education gained during my employment at First Tennessee has aided me in my personal development and education as well developed a set of skills that will be a benefit to me in any of my future endeavors.
