Conduct installations of new versions to ensure data protection and mitigate risks. Maintain a record of all transactions and support interactions within Salesforce for future reference and addition to the knowledge base. Collaborate with the software development team on reported errors and bugs on newly released software. Ensure client satisfaction through performing follow-ups and resolving issues.
