This tool now runs on the Renesas website as a web application.• Developer of Visual Basic applications such as PowerCompass™, Competitor Cross-Ref tool, Batch Cross-Ref tool, and many more. Proficient in writing VB code in Excel to create applications that bring ideas to life.• Department Admin for Customer Interface cloud-based tool called TeamSupport. Supporting the Central Applications group and The Technical Documentation Group. This includes adding new users, creating custom reports and dashboards, or any other customization.• Create and maintain application block diagrams• Provides technical product expertise to customers through online, phone, and e-mail interactions.• Assess new applications and use of company products to meet these application needs. Create collateral to support new applications whether it be in the form of block diagrams, schematics, design templates, or some other form.• Create product tear-downs reports of commercially available electronic devices such as cell phones, games, tablets, printers, etc. These product tear-downs involve identifying all the integrated circuit content and its primary function in the overall application. Creating a basic block diagram of the system. Sometimes to identify an IC it is required to remove it from the PC board and do a de-encapsulation and internal visual inspection of the die to reveal its maker and function.• Provides follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
