The goal is a collaborative relationship with clients who have urgent and critical needs and finding the right people to fulfill those needs in a timely manner.Those services include all aspects of full cycle recruiting: taking complete job orders, interviewing numerous candidates, presentation of candidates to client, preparing candidates for the interview process, scheduling phone interviews, debriefing both client and candidates, scheduling face to face interviews, background checks, employee verifications, facilitating negotiations and assisting with on-boarding.
