I was recruited to create and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy. The goal was to leverage the company's leadership in advanced wound care and expand into sports medicine, pain management, and burn treatment. • Planned, organized, and facilitated a mid-year employee meeting for more than 1K employees, both virtual and in-person. This was the first in-person meeting in four years and provided important information about the company's product pipeline and financial strength, motivating employees and increasing engagement. Designed and launched a follow-up employee survey. The response rate was better than 80%, with highly favorable results. Attendees were particularly inspired by the guest speaker, a former patient whose treatment outcome was significantly impacted by proprietary technology.• Led the adoption of a supportive social media policy, launched an employee ambassador training program, and created renewed interest in a company-wide intranet.
