Now a Project Manager with over 20 years of experience as a Right of Way Agent/Consultant with the Washington State Department of Transportaion (WSDOT) and Universal Field Services, Inc. I've worked on Regional Mega Projects such as the WSDOT SR 99 Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement Tunnel underneath downtown Seattle and Sound Transit Link Light Rail connecting Seattle to Sea-Tac Airport and in Tacoma. I have also worked on numerous smaller projects for the Cities of Bellingham, Lynnwood, Mt. Vernon, Mukilteo, Marysville, Sammamish, Port Orchid, Tacoma, University Place, and King County and many others. I have been Project Manager on projects for the Cities of Arlington, Des Moines, Monroe, Shoreline, and Stanwood.
