MAR 2017 - FEB 2021• Directs the coordination of technical and clinical support teams including repair, preventative maintenance, engineering changes, and education to provide the highest level of service to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve financial objectives.• Participates in the resolution of customer concerns to obtain customer retention and contract renewal.• Ensures adequate records and reporting are accurate and comprehensive for Senior management to forecast quarterly projection.• Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures and performs training assessments for identifying opportunities for service development and elevation.• Monitor, guide, and coach field service engineers and clinical education specialist’s productivity and build strong customer and sales department relationships. Utilize quarterly field rides to accomplish coaching and mentoring goals.• Maximize engineers and clinical specialist’s performance through evaluations, incentive and recognition programs, timely and open feedback and continuous process of skill development.

Responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of high level disinfecting medical equipment used to disinfect endoscopic scopes and surgical instruments.
