Over the last twenty-five years at Key Bank I have worked in Enterprise Technology Operations management. I’m specifically experienced in Command Center Operations, Technical Support, Storage Management, Configuration Management, Problem & Change methodologies, Enterprise Scheduling, Disaster Recovery and Capacity Planning. I have experience in multiple data center relocations and consolidations as well as experience with managing large infrastructure projects that cross multiple domains and divisions. A few examples of the large projects over the last ten years include implementing a digital corporate archive for checks, statements and text reports, other large projects included converting from Compuware Development tools to Macro-4 Tools and the conversion from Computer Associates z/OS tools to the IBM suite of products.
