Serving as the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Regional Guard Brigades Project Manager in Baghdad, Iraq, develop written plans and supervisory presentations integrating Iraqi Kurdistan’s Regional Government Guard Brigades into the Iraqi Army, with the overall purpose of reducing Arab and Kurd tensions. Manage a $400M Training and Equipping Budget into 2014. Attend, prepare, and present General Officer and DoD Senior Executive Service level briefings with United Forces-Iraq (USF-I) joint staff to synchronize efforts with Iraqi Army directorates and action officers. Travel throughout the Iraqi theater of operations to coordinate directorate and USF-I efforts and provide planning support to US military officers. Maintain Arab and Kurd continuity files for the entirety of the project and prepare to transition projects to US Department of State officials in 2011. Synchronize planning for Operation New Dawn, during which American service members conduct stability operations in Iraq. Assist with manning, training, equipment fielding, and base realignment for the Iraqi army.

Joint Master Scenario Events Lists (JMSEL) Manager; As a military trainer, conducted simulation exercises for units deploying to Operation Iraqi Freedom, utilizing mission rehearsal scenarios. Created an environment replicating PMESII aspects of contemporary operations in a complex asymmetric battlefield. Ensured consistency of Afghan Ministry of Defense policies with US and Coalition guidance by enabling the Afghan government to function effectively during decisive strategic events.
